இந்தப் படத்தில் மலையாள நடிகர் மோகன்லாலை ஏன் நடிக்க வைத்தீர்கள் என்று கேட்கிறார்கள். என்னை தமிழன் என்று மலையாள ரசிகர்கள் பிரித்துப் பார்த்ததில்லை. அவ்வாறு பார்த்திருந்தால், நான் 40  மலையாளப் படங்களில் நடித்திருக்க முடியாது. மோகன்லால் சிறந்த கலைஞர். அவரைப்போல நடிகர்கள் கிடைப்பது அரிது. அவரது பல படங்களைப் பார்த்து, அதுபோன்ற படங்கள் எனக்கு   கிடைக்கவில்லையே என ஆதங்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறேன்.

எ வெட்னஸ்டே - இந்தி படத்தின் தமிழாக்கம்தான் உன்னைப்போல் ஒருவன். வட நாட்டு பிரச்னையை அப்படம் அலசியது. அதுபோல தமிழ்நாட்டு பிரச்னையை உன்னைப் போல ஒருவன் சொல்லும். இந்தப் படம் அனைத்துத் தரப்பு ரசிகர்களையும் சென்றடையுமா எனத் தெரியவில்லை. ஆனால், அனைத்து ரசிகர்களையும் திருப்திப்படுத்துவது எளிதான விஷயமல்ல. எம்.ஜி.ஆரின் பாசம் படமே பரமக்குடியில் 10 நாள்தான் ஓடியது. அதுபோல எல்லோருக்குமே நடக்கும்” என்றார்.

மோகன்லால் கூறுகையில்,

”பல்வேறு மொழி கதாநாயகன்கள் இணைந்து நடிப்பது சினிமாவுக்கு ஆரோக்கியம். மலையாளத்தில் கமர்ஷியல் படங்கள் அதிகரிக்க நானும் காரணம். ஆனால் கமர்ஷியல் படங்களில் மட்டுமே நான் நடித்துக்கொண்டிருப்பதில்லை” என்று குறிப்பிட்டார்.

இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் படத்துக்கு இசையமைக்கும் ஸ்ருதிஹாசன், இயக்குநர் சக்ரி, ஒளிப்பதிவாளர் மகேஷ், எழுத்தாளர் மனுஷ்யபுத்திரன், வசனகர்த்தா இரா. முருகன், யூ. டிவியைச் சேர்ந்த ராம்மிர்ச் சந்தானி ஆகியோர் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.
