இதுவரை தி.மு.க.-அ.தி.மு.க. ஆகிய கட்சிகளுக்கு மாறி, மாறி ஓட்டு போட்டு என்ன கண்டீர்கள்? இவர்கள் மத்தியிலும், மாநிலத்திலும் ஆட்சியில் இருந்திருக்கிறார்கள். தேர்தல் அறிக்கை கொடுத்தால் உடனடியாக நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டும். வெளிநாடுகளில் தேர்தல் அறிக்கை கொடுத்தால் அதை நிறைவேற்றுகிறார்கள். இவர்கள் கொடுத்த தேர்தல் அறிக்கையை நிறைவேற்றி இருக்கிறார்களா?

ராமேசுவரம் பகுதியில் தமிழக மீனவர்கள் சாகின்றனர். இதை தட்டிக்கேட்டார்களா? இலங்கை இறையாண்மை உள்ள நாடு என்கிறார்கள். அதற்காக தமிழக மீனவர்கள் சாக வேண்டுமா? இலங்கைத் தமிழர் சாகவேண்டுமா? போரில் குண்டுபோட்டால் அப்பாவி தமிழர்கள் சிலரும் சாகத்தான் செய்வார்கள் என ஜெயலலிதா கூறுகிறார். இவர்கள் மத்திய அரசுடன் கூட்டணி அமைத்து, தமிழினம் அழிய காரணமாக இருக்கின்றனர்.

அரிசி விலை உயர்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது. விலைவாசி உயர்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது. இதை குறைக்க போராடினார்களா? விவசாயிகள் கடனைத் தள்ளுபடி செய்தேன் என்கிறார்கள். ஆனால், கட்சிக்காரர்கள்தான் பயனடைந்தனர். மீதம் இருந்ததுதான் மற்றவர்களுக்கு கிடைத்தது. இரண்டு கட்சிகளும் நாட்டை குட்டிச்சுவராக்கி விட்டன.

அ.தி.மு.க., தி.மு.க. தொண்டர்கள் சிந்திக்க வேண்டும். இவர்கள் ஆட்சியில் கட்சிக்காரர்களுக்கு ஏதாவது கிடைத்ததா? நல்ல கட்சியை அடையாளம் காட்டுங்கள்.

மக்கள் சக்தி பெரிதா? கூட்டணி சக்தி பெரிதா? மக்கள் சக்திதான் பெரியது. தனியாக போட்டியிட்டால்தான் சுதந்திரமாக செயல்பட முடியும். தேர்தலுக்கு இன்னும் 50 நாட்கள்தான் உள்ளன. தே.மு.தி.க. தொண்டர்கள் இரவு-பகல் பாராமல் வேலைபார்க்க வேண்டும்” என்றார்.
