‘தேர்தல் கமிஷன் என்பது தன்னாட்சி பெற்ற அமைப்பு. அதன் செயல் குறித்து கேள்வி கேட்க யாருக்கும் உரிமை இல்லை. தேர்தல் நேரத்தில் அவர்கள் எந்த அலுவலரை வேண்டுமானாலும் மாற்றலாம். அதுபற்றி மாநில அரசோ, மத்திய அரசோ கேள்வி கேட்க முடியாது. ஏனென்றால், தேர்தல் கமிஷன் சர்வ வல்லமை பொருந்தியது.
