மகேஷ், சரண்யா மற்றும் பலர்
-திரை விமர்சனம்

கும்பகோணத்தில் இருந்து சென்னைக்கு படிக்கவரும் ஷக்திக்கு சந்தியாவிடம் காதல் பிறக்கிறது. ஷக்தியின் தங்கை சரண்யாவுக்கு குடும்பத்தினர் மாப்பிள்ளை பார்த்து நிச்சயிக்கின்றனர். அதே நேரம் மாப்பிள்ளையின் தங்கை கீர்த்தி சாவ்லாவுக்கும் திருமண ஏற்பாடுகள் நடக்கின்றன. ஒரே மேடையில் இரண்டு திருமணங்களும் நடக்கவிருக்கும் சமயத்தில் கீர்த்தி சாவ்லாவின் மாப்பிள்ளை ஓடிவிடுகிறார். அனைவரும் ஷக்தியை கெஞ்சுகின்றனர். அவரோ, சந்தியாவுடனான காதலைக் கூறி, கீர்த்தி சாவ்லாவை மணக்க மறுத்துவிடுகிறார். அதனால் குடும்பமே அவரை வெறுக்கிறது.

இதசற்கிடையில் சரண்யாவின் மாப்பிள்ளையிடம் சென்று நிலைமையை விளக்குகிறார் ஷக்தி. இந்த குழப்பம் எப்படி தீர்கிறது என்பதுதான் மகேஷ் சரண்யா மற்றும் பலர்.
